About Me

Hi, I’m Inka

I’m a certified personal trainer, pole instructor, and group fitness instructor based in Turku, Finland. I compete actively in both pole sport and heels competitions, exploring the athletic, artistic and sensual sides of this amazing sport.

I work with pole dancers who seek structure to make their training more intentional & goal driven. My coaching is designed to bring clarity to your training, so you’re not second-guessing every session or jumping between random exercises you found online. I’m here to help you build strength that directly carries over to you pole training, while managing your training volume and prioritizing recovery.
